To ensure that your orders are delivered before Christmas, customers are required to purchase their goods before the relevant dates. For U.S customers, orders under $100 (before applicable taxes & shipping) will ship via Small Packet Airmail (insured, without tracking number), the delivery time is usually 7-10 business days (this time frame is provided by CanadaPost, and it does not include custom processing time). Orders over $100 (before applicable taxes & shipping) will ship via Expedited Parcel (insured and tracking number included), the delivery time is usually 7-10 business days (this time frame is provided by CanadaPost, and it does not include custom processing time).
For Canadian customers, orders will ship via Expedited Parcel (insured and tracking number included), the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days (this time frame is provided by CanadaPost). Orders under $20 will ship via Lettermail, the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days (this time frame is provided by CanadaPost).
For international customers, all orders will ship via Small Packet Airmail (insured, without tracking number), the delivery time is usually 10-15 business days (this time frame is provided by CanadaPost, and it does not include custom processing time).
